he is exactly what she said he is... given the smiley faces.. he really couldnt care less he was not bothered at all. ive seen shitty racist people act in a way that deserved far worse and the gentleman that was called the racist term acknowledged the remark and shamed the shit racist by in fact turning the other cheek or rather being above the remark and made sure they knew it. one could see the shame in their face when realizing they were what is wrong with the world.. this guy is just like a telephone support operator that is trying to give you the run around.. waiting for the irate customer to curse so they can hang up and send you back to the long wait.. smug and quite self satisfied.. ESH
