I recently moved in to an apartment with my girlfriend, and in this time I think I'm starting to realize something

Maybe make a general schedule for each of you and plan out “date nights” or lunches or something on the weekends? It does sound like she has some unrealistic expectations, and being able to block out your own personal time would be a healthy way to show that you intend to use that time for whatever activity you want.

I think it’s really great that you’re willing to work to better your relationship. Living together can be pretty stressful as you’re learning more about each other. Also, just a small comment but it usually seems to help to use “I” statements when someone is not really receptive to what you have to say. For example, “I feel sad/angry/upset” vs “you make me sad/angry/upset”.
