Rift Rivals BR - LAN - LAS Final Post-Match Discussion

I cannot talk for all teams in Brazil of course, but you would find that the average for Brazilian pros (at least in the top 7 teams, I don't know solo queue accounts for Tshow) is HIGHER than even Korea on average. Maybe practice is not efficient, but at INTZ its 1 to 1 practice and feedback on a daily basis. As for staff... this is my daily schedule as INTZ Head Coach (copy and pasted from an AMA to INTZ players/staff last week in our fan group):

Q: Tell me about your normal schedule, how many games do you watch a day?

A: A normal day for me:
0500-1000: Wake up, watch LCK, if there is a good series watch LPL (although Maestro watches LPL so normally I focus on LCK, LMS, EU, and Wild Card). If no games to watch or catch up on, I watch recordings of solo queue from my players for previous night (through op.gg)
1000-1100: Plan scrims and 1 to 1 training
1100-1200: Teach myself something (every day I like to teach myself something new not related to league, can be history, can be about other esports, can be about business). I watch online lectures.
1200-1245: Eat lunch, play some strategy game (right now I play Darkest Dungeon)
1245-1300: Prepare players for scrims, do basic team talk and highlight what we will work on.
1300-1600: FIRST SCRIM BLOCK
1600-1700: Break for players. 1 to 1 feedback.
1700-2000: SECOND SCRIM BLOCK
2000-2100: 1 to 1 feedback, if I have time I watch some solo queue games, normally Shini/Turtle/Ayel.
2100-2130: Dinner, shower.
2130-2200: Read more about whatever I am learning about today. Sleep.

I watch about:
6 Scrims
3-6 Competitive games
0-6 Solo Queue games a day

I don't play League any more (I believe it is more important to learn about game), so my rank is very low. During off season I don't go near league except as a fan (this prevents burning out). I work on my phd and do things with my family/friends. 3 weeks before new season I catch up on games I miss (1 week before players come back).

Most coaches do not keep a schedule like this, but I believe it is a coach's duty to work harder than any of his players, and all of the players at INTZ work extremely hard. So I push myself during the season to do more. I know a lot of coach's in China/Korea work similar schedules, so it is important to do this much to keep up, or you will fall behind.
