Riot Lyte on Dunkey's ban

launching a new Intentional Feeder Detection system in 5.18 that can ban feeders within 15 minutes of matches.

So it takes a "YouTube celebrity" to cause some sort of decency in this game. What happens to the match once the player feeds and then gets kicked off the game? It becomes a 4 (weak) vs 5 (strong) sided game???

I quit playing this game regularly in about Season 3 after all the troubles that happened to me in Season 2 which went from me playing ~3 matches a day to maybe 1 game every second month if my friends are on. My experience from being Season 2, 1200 elo to Season 5, Platinum wasn't very kind on me with the amount of verbal abuse I got leveling to 30 with my already level 30 friend and then Riot tries to introduce a system that bans players for every nasty thing they say into an environment that is free to play. Anybody can just make a new account, pay for a 30 account if they want and just continue with their actions. Sometimes banning isn't enough in my opinion, people don't learn their lesson these days. This goes onto society and how children are running around the street swearing or what ever, and their parents not giving a toss and then calling us the worst generation. This system should've been in place since the start, not now when the company realizes that toxins can cause harm or death to people.

This game actually made me fume in Season 2, people would swear, insult and even worse make myself want to kill myself because of the people that were queued with me and the amount of trash they would pile on you would make you feel worthless for making a single mistake. This game made me so angry, and in the end I decided not to even bother with it since it would make me so angry with myself.

TLDR: Why didn't Riot enforce and reward good behaviour (reporting arrogant players, feeders, griefers, etc.) since the start of the game, instead of now coming to the conclusion that words on the internet can indeed actually hurt someones feelings or kill people.
