I don't want to be rude here, but I live in Asia and have worked in and with Chinese for several years. Racism and prejudice/bigotry are too similar to make a distinction. A lot of other Asian countries are also affected by this, most people in the world can't distinguish between a Korean, Vietnamese or a Chinese person. Especially since Chinese have their roots in many other Asian countries since the Chinese diaspora.

Trump's rhetoric doesn't make people think the CCP is bad, it makes people believe Chinese are bad, Asians are bad. This is the result I am seeing in my own environment and the many reports of people harassing Asian people)

Do you see the damage that Trump is doing by using this rhetoric?

In China the virus is already being contained more and more, I really wonder where do you source your information from? You seem so certain of things we aren't seeing at the moment.
