Russia may label McDonald's a "foreign agent" hell-bent on damaging people's health

How can you be held accountable for people's health when all you do is offer a product that you never claimed was healthy?

I mean, McDonald's is cancer, but it's not up to McDonald's to make you quit eating it. It's not like McDonald's has driven healthy options away, or caused other businesses to close the doors. And it's not like they are sprinkling asbestos and meth on the patties - they are just making food. It's not great, bit I bet it's no worse than Hardee's, Burger King, 5 guys, Whataburger, Jack in the box, Wendy's, Carl's Jr, Rally's, Dairy Queen, Wienershnitzel (spelling?), Etc.

I don't mean to defend McDonald's, but how can you blame one fast food restaurant without blaming them all, which is preceded by "are people not to blame for the choices they make"?
