The GOP is just a fucking embarrassment to basic human decency. They're allowing a hostile foreign state to almost directly control our highest levels of government so they can cut taxes for billionaires, cut off government assistance for poor people, and restrict the rights of LGBT people, minorities and women in order to get reelected by their idiot constituents. Just irredeemably stupid, malicious, traitorous pieces of shit. I see no reason to sugar coat it any more. These people are actively trying to destroy the United States government and economy for a few tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions. The entire party needs to be purged and replaced with actual conservatives who aren't amoral anti-American morons. The judiciary needs a way to actually hold traitors accountable for treason independent of a legislature which is now owned by Vladimir Putin. Otherwise we might as well give up now: the GOP will let Russia fly a flag over Pennsylvania avenue before they actually hold their own dumpster fire party accountable for anything.
