I believe it's faked for one very good reason:

There is an open, glassless window on the left. Behind both the queen and Ghisane is a window with panes. We can see that it's slightly open, likely to allow some air inside. What is uncommon is that it's open EXACTLY the same amount in both photos. Look at the top part of the cross pane, just above Ghisane's head, which runs horizontal. It stops just slightly above the large knot in the wood, just at about the line between the two logs. On the frame with the queen, placement is exactly the same point. It's common for people to open windows about the same amount, but not EXACTLY the same amount, down to what looks like less than 1cm.

It's shopped, and done quite well.
