Sean Gares Fired for Players' Letter!

That's just speculation though. Reginald's issue that he discussed with Sean is how there was never any communication between them and how Sean should have came to him first and discuss about it. Reginald even said said they were planning to drop out of it if the players didn't like the whole ordeal. From a professional standpoint, Reginald is in the right direction. Sean never got fired for standing up to players rights, he decided to leave on his own accord to which Reginald agreed. There was no point in the conversation that Reginald was even going to initially cut him, instead he wanted to talk and discuss with him first on how they were going to resolve the issue. If Sean wasn't willing to communicate properly with him as it didn't happen initially the first time with the open letter, then he was going to release him because what's the point? The conversation between Reginald and Seangares was never specifically about PEA as shown in the logs, it was only showing on how TSM's brand and reputation has been tarnished due to Sean's actions without even properly talking to Reginald first and explaining it clearly to his team members.
