Small gun collection questions

I could use some advice from internet strangers for my meager gun collection, so here goes. First, the collection from left to right:

  1. Remington 7 mm mag mark x, B+L 4x9 scope- inherited from Grandfather. (Early 1970's). I shot this once recently. Man, it is loud.
  2. Tikka T3 .243 win. Still thinking about the scope. Bought for deer hunting.
  3. Remington Model 1100, 20 G, three chokes and with an extra barrel (early 1980's). Shoot occasional skeet. Used to bird hunt with this as a teen.
  4. Ruger 10/22- Hunter stock, tech sights, new mag release and auto bolt release. Unsure whether to keep adding $ to this or sell.

I have a few questions.

  1. I have been thinking of selling the 7 mm, the 10/22, and the model 1100 for $ fly rods, this is a bad idea, right?
  2. How should I keep the wood on my old rifles in good shape?
  3. Right now I store them under a bed in the house. I was thinking of getting these. Good idea?
  4. What upgrades would be useful to each of the guns I have?
  5. I am not a big shooter, but I like to go occasionally and am thinking about hunting for deer and turkey this season. Should I add a gun to my collection?

Thanks.
