I hate people who say this. If you follow that logic, the end game for socialism is the same. Keep consolidating the power/resources to the government. They use that power to get more power. Until it's a Totalitarian, Communist state like Soviet Russia.

If you want to be negative, and say that capitalism can only end one way, it can just as easily be done for Communism/Socialism.

Governments used to issue "Business Charters". In order to run a business, you had to apply every X amount of years, to renew your lisence. In order to have a "Business", you had to prove that you were providing a PUBLIC SERVICE, and were GOOD for the Public.

The problem is, people are creating companies, and damaging society. If these companies were NOT allowed to have their liscenses renewed, capitalism could continue on. But, if you have corrupt people like Hilary Clinton, Barack Obama, George Bush, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush (2 Clinton, 2 Bush, 1 Obama for last many decades), it doesn't matter whether you have CAPITALISM or SOCIALISM. Both forms of governments can be bent by corruption to make the rich rich, and the poor poor.
