Spain to launch trial of four-day working week

In a lot of jobs there's no reason not to go for it. My official working hours are your typical 9 to 5 office (so 8 hrs) job but in reality I work 3-4 hours tops. Other departments in my company work sometimes even less. Our fintech field is fairly automatised but there's a lot of areas to cover so we can't have less people but we also can't realistically give them more to work on. So mostly we're waiting on reports all the time. I'm sure it could be streamlined but there are thousands of people working in different legislatures all over the world so I'm not holding my breath on a four days working week implementation anytime soon. Inefficient management is bad at making radical decisions.
