Taking a break from DND to confirm our lack of self esteem

Alright, lets figure out who each one of you guys is:

The guy in the front holding the camera is the easy one. He's the one who totally embraces his "nerdyness" and considers himself the wacky and outgoing type. However, that means he is usually the loud and obnoxious one that makes the rest of the crowd or class uncomfortable. He also has trouble controlling the volume of his voice. Furthermore, the other 3 guys hate that he's the best looking of the bunch. Two of them are particularly bitter that he isn't fat, which they think is the only thing keeping the ladies away. (its not).

The bald guy is definitely the most normal of them, but that's not saying much. He is definitely the nicest and least socially akward, but that is usually irrelevant because he is particularly boring. He is the least funny of the group, and the least accomplished. He always considered himself a closet nerd, because he can nerd out with friends but thinks he keeps it under wraps when in public, and the rest of the world thinks hes normal. Everyone knows though, hes just blissfully ignorant. He is particularly proud of his music tastes, which might be the most generic thing about him.

The guy on the left is quite the contradiction. Inside he is a particularly conflicted guy struggling with self esteem issues and what he considers a particularly empathetic personality. However, what actually is projected on the world is a snide and elitist jerk. He projects how he thinks he knows better than everyone, particularly his friends. His opinions on movies come out more like insults and judgements of others. He is confident he exhumes cool. He thinks that being nerdy is all in how you act, not what you like, and is convinced he has some badassness about him. Everyone even his friends think he's a bit of a jerk.

The Guy in the red shirt is the only one with sense in this instance cause he knows the roast me was a bad idea. He is the one who actually likes his friends, but secretly loathes who he and they are. He wants to not be part of this group or lifestyle, but is sadly stuck in it because he actually likes it. He tries to build a life outside of all of this, a second social world with different friends so he can convince himself that he is above this. It doesn't work out, or atleast not long enough. Too much of his life is rooted in this, and he can't actually change his life the way he would need to.
