Tax the billionaires

Not saying billionaires shouldn't pay taxes or the like, and nurses should absolutely get paid better, but people should also start to understand the difference between value creation and payed by the hour/fixed salary, risk vs. reward.

If I create a company that creates a software that helps 1 million people, obviously I will earn more than the programmer who gets employed by that company to create one feature and doesn't have any risk.

What does "working hard" really mean? Is someone who works in construction for 8h/5d a week working harder than a CEO who works 16/7 for multiple years to ensure the success of the company beyond the startup phase?
