So you would rather go back to how things were going with Stan? What's your reasoning for that? You can theorycraft all you'd like, but they have had very noticeable improvement since making that change.

Well Nitro has been on the team for a long time. Based on what we have seen in the past, he seems to be someone who everyone gets along with so I'm sure they put quite a lot of trust in him. Plus with Zews guiding them and the fact that they seem to play confidently, where are your concerns of trust coming from?

Based on what though? His results in optic which dropped off when their individual skill dropped off? I don't want to take everything away from him, but it seems like a combination of him having a loose style with very skilled players who happened to go off, all while there were no good IGL in NA led to him being considered a god.

Or if there is something important I am missing, please inform me on why he is the best leader. The best argument I can think of is the fact that he doesn't have much competition, but that's not a good reason for a team that is trying to be the best they can with what they have. With Nitro being the main IGL, things have been better with him, so why not keep going with that and try to develop him into a better IGL?

Also how can you say it's inarguable? That's ridiculous. It's so intangible that you can really only speculate based on limited information, and the fact that Optic dropped off hard when individual players weren't all on point, and TL was doing poorly with him leading despite their solid roster suggests he's really not all that great. At the very least it's arguable that someone else could be better with the same roster.
