I don't think the person that's dead would be overly concerned about that, because they're dead.

But in this case there's a 0% chance any of women who accuses a man of rape will go to jail regardless if she admits to it or not.

in this case the women wasn't even acussing any real person, so it is different compared to a false allegation against a real person instead of a make believe scenario.

Well if you had a sentence of 10 years if it's proven that the girl lied about the rape and had a sentence of community service if she admits it before trial that argument would make sense, but at this point it doesn't matter because it's 0% both ways.

In this case she's being punished for wasting police time with a false police report, because again no one was named just "Three black people with ski masks"

Again there's no change, when a women accuses a man of rape there is next to 0% chance she'll be charged.

I don't think this case is useful for proving that point since if you read the article you would have notice no actual man was accused. Just phantom attackers, no names, no real identifying features. Nothing.

I'm all for being against false rape allegations, but this one is just so stupid it's hardly a useful case since it's not a false rape allegation targeted against any individual.
