Its not fraud to state that being homosexual is a disorder being either mental, genetic or both because thats what it is.

Especially when a gay person says to me "its genetic"

If that is the case then it is no different than down syndrome. And we treat down syndrome the same way.

So thus it is correctly called out when described as a genetic disorder.

As far as being a mental disorder, if there is nothing genetically different, then it becomes the only other thing remaining. A mental disorder.

At this point, i dont give a shit weather its genetic or a learned behavior. If you want to be a homosexual, you better damn well own up to it and be prowd of yourself. Because i cant respect someone if they pass blame and pull the pitty card.

Now, logically from my perspective, i have no opinion. But based on what i have been seeing, being gay is both mentally learned and genetic, and it varries between different people. In some people it is a measured hormonal imbalance that can be corrected with hormone therapy if desired. In others its a learned or desired part of someones personality.

Myself? Im not gay. Im a man and i like woman. However i would prefer to have a female body with a male penis.

As far as the legality seeing as it "can be" a correctable behavior or hormonal imbalance, thats another matter. I mean, as far as what is the right to do. Do you correct the behavioral change or hormonal inbalance? Or do you let them be?

Much like parents who do not get their children vaccinated. Do you force them to do the vaccine? Do you force them to correct their homosexuality?

These are things that people will have to decide later on.

Personally, i feel that if your born a man or a woman, you should act as such and behave as such. But thats my personal belief. Do you like it? I dont give a shit.

So to answer your questions. If you want to have certain freedoms and to change certain laws, you have to do so across the board.

If it was up to me to make the laws. I would make it legal for people to be straight or gay or whatever the fuck they want. And i still wont agree with it. But its the right thing to do. Why? Because thats what freedom allows.

However there is one law i would chose to make. And its that everyone must look sexy.

Because nobody likes ugly.
