Is there such thing as an inexpensive slant razor?

Is it normal for you to insult people when they disagree with your opinions? Why are you getting so hot under the collar, and more importantly, why are you making assumptions of things I did not say?

Is it normal for you to insult someone's intelligence when you disagree with them? You flat out implied that I do not come up with my own opinions and just parrot LeisureGuy and went on suggest that your opinion should carry more weight because of your ME background. That is beyond patronizing considering you don't know anything about my background.

Simple. The RR falls flat for me when dealing with a multi-day stubble, as do other mild razors. It shaves really well if I use it every day, but still lacks feedback.

Well if that's how the RR feels for you that's fine. That doesn't change the fact that one of your main priorities of a shave over comfort is for it to be "enjoyable" and for you that means having feedback. For most people, efficiency and comfort are the main things they look for in a razor. When we are in a post recommending razors you recommend razors based off your own person priorities rather than what the general public would want.

Maybe you should read what I wrote again. I never recommended, I just stated that the 102 was milder (fact) and that I prefer the 37C (fact).

Oh please. Yes you stated facts, you also conveniently left out numerous facts such as what that mildness actually means. As I said before, aggressiveness is a pretty bad way to describe razors as it implies efficiency and comfort are inversely related. By saying that the #102 is milder than the 37C without clarifying you are implying that the #102 will be more comfortable but less efficient. In fact, what you are trying to say is that the 37C will have more feedback. That's it.

Not to mention that you seem to have some kind of agenda to promote the 37C over the #102 yet it seems that you haven't even used the #102 before even though you are comparing the two like you have.

At the end of the day, OP wanted an inexpensive slant razor. The RR slant is expensive but the #102 is around the same price range as the 37C. The #102 is as efficient as the 37C and is also generally considered more comfortable but with less feedback. But you try hiding these facts by talking about the aggressiveness of the razors.
