To those who NEVER want to have a child, what are your reasons?

I don't want to pass down my awful genes. My mental health is absolutely awful, and I've been battling an ED for quite some time. Pregnancy and birth would possibly cause me to relapse, and I don't want to go through that process in general. My teeth and eyesight is also quite messed up. Sure, if my child got my teeth, I can get it fixed with braces, but my eyesight? I can't do any daily activities without corrective lenses, and god forbid if my glasses fell off while I was driving. Yeah, I could get LASIK, but that's not the point. The point is these issues are not only troublesome but expensive to fix. Speaking of which, kids are expensive in general. Also I don't find babies/toddlers to be cute at all. I also want to focus on my career and significant other. Not on a kid.
