Islam is a lost cause, they need to go through an awakening if they desire to exist in the modern world. All the Muslims should look at themselves and do an self evaluation rather than cling on to the Stone Age ideology blindly. Yes every religion has their share of BS but nobody in the world follows their religion so literally than Muslims and that is the root of the issue .Not just religion itself but the people that cling on to it so badly. By that I mean not the extremists but your average run of the mill moderate Muslims. Extremists are a problem but why do you think that there are more extremists in Islam than any other religion ? By this I'm not bashing majority of Muslims that have nothing do with any of the stuff that's happening in the ME. But that it's for the best interest of all human race that they should do this ! I mean what's their contribution to our scientific community in the present world even through there are lot of Muslim countries and nearly 2 billion of them?
