It is listed by human rights & self defense advocates as a brutally effective alternative to chemical defense spray in countries or territories who prefer their citizenry defenseless.

Buy a can or two at the hardware store, put it under your car seat and forget it's there. For, you know, that wasp nest you saw under your rain gutter a few weeks ago.

If you're ever forced to defend your life, I assure you possible prosecution is the last thing you'll be thinking of.
