Took Too Much montage

Watching people on opioids is boring as fuck. I had a friend in high school whose mom was a heroin addict, opioids and benzos. It's sad, boring, and annoying as fuck to be around in any capacity. She asked for a ride to walmart one day, so we gave her a ride, but she took 7mg xanax before we left and by the time she made it through the door, she forgot where she was and why. Then she zombied through the walmart for 45 minutes, blacked out, not knowing where the fuck she was. And then it happened; she dropped her 64oz big gulp in an aisle, drawing attention to the situation. Bystanders were forced to watch as a 14 year old girl struggles to contain her drug addicted mother who has zero awareness in that moment. Humiliating for the girl. Took 45 minutes to get her mom back to the truck. Her mom would just zombie around town like that, too. Blacked out on either morphine, oxycontin, heroin or xanax at all times. It'd take her like 2 hours to get to 7/11 and back, but every single day she would manage to make it to 7/11 for a big gulp and a pack of pall malls. She would also just disappear for 4-5 days at a time and reappear whenever. I hung out at their house quite a bit and whenever she would appear, she would just depress the entire house with that junkie energy. Shit was pretty fucked up.
