This goes on every day in the USA. It happens to straight, gay, black, white, whoever. It is not exclusive to any particular type of person. Just one, the inmate. Why they make it seem like Trans people have it happen more often or illegals have it happen more often . That is just plain false. In fact it's the opposite. It is very violent. This trans person was killed outside of the united states by people unrelated to ICE or any body from the USA. They dragged her out of her house , kicked and beat her with a board and then shot her in the head. No one should be denied any treatment while in custody but a fact that most people are not aware of is the facilities that hole illegals are by far better than almost every prison or jail in the USA.
