Look up the cost of R&D and subtract that from the total expenditures. No blog or no one is interpreting the data for me. I pull the data myself and plug the numbers and adjust for factors. You just simply read a Washington Post article and take it as the word of God blindly. When they announced that the Zika virus causes microencephaly, I did my own research, pulled the numbers from their government website, and ran my own calculations, incidences, prevalence, relative-risk ratios, etc. to come to my own conclusion that there is a strong correlation. I don't see you do the same for this topic.
