When I walked into that Mexican watch shop 15 years ago, this watch called to me. I asked my dad please please please can I have it, and this was my first "expensive" watch.

Pulling it out of my nick nack drawer today, I actually like it again. It's super thin for a dive style watch (10.5mm).

For some reason, it irks me that it's only 100m water resistant and not 200m, even though I've never even taken it swimming.

Anyway I think I am going to have to lug this old chunk of coal over to a jeweller and have them change my watch's battery so I can actually use it.

Or I might play around with watch batteries available through amazon Prime and a rubber ball.
