[Wagoner] Bosa on Fitzgerald today: "He’s always saying something. It’s not like mean or vicious in any way. It’s kind of friendly but it’s to get in your head. After that (block), he ran up to me and said ‘Sorry, man, I’ve got to slow you down somehow.’ I was like ‘Well, sh*t, you did.’"

And still nothing ever came of it. People can choose whether or not they want to believe these kinds of accusations, but ultimately being convicted, or at least having irrefutably solid evidence of the crime, is all that really matters

This is such a toxic, toxic mentality. It's solely upon the person affected to press charges unless the crime is of a certain magnitude. A majority of DV cases don't get reported and charges left unfiled for a wide array of reasons. Simply looking at someone and saying "well they weren't charged nor convicted" is not a reason to totally dimiss something that could have happened.

Also, painting the picture of Larry as some all around good guy with no skeletons in his closet is the perfect example of why someone wouldn't come forward. An accuser would probably have their name dragged through the mud in defense of accusing someone with millions of dollars and sparkling record, who wants to do that?

Point is, there was an incident that two individual people cooberated. Not saying the dude needs to be locked up but people who act like he's some beacon of 100% good need to do a gut check.
