Weekly Donor Treatment Info/ Discussion - Mon Oct 17

I had my WTF appointment today.... This was the first time my RE mentioned a "low number of eggs". When I asked if this means I have DOR, he used the term "ovarian aging", after saying he doesn't like that term but was trying to simplify for us. He also said my egg quality was low but I thought there was no sure way to know that? We went into treatment options and he said with my "low number of eggs" the chances with IVF vs IUI aren't as pronounced... And then mentioned that we might want to go into donor egg IVF first to increase our chances. We were planning to start IVF in the new year but this appointment gives us a lot to think about! Very overwhelming!
