On Day 11 of stims and at my Day 10 check yesterday I still only had 5 measurable follicles (18.6, 16.0, 16.3, 12.4, 11.1). RE decided to increase Menopur to 150 IU from 75 IU, continue with gonal 300 and cetrotide. I just am really down. No DOR, I'm 30, this just wasn't supposed to go this way. I know none of this is guaranteed but everyone kept telling me not to worry that it would be fine, the only thing "wrong" with me is that I'm a lesbian. But here I am only going to retrieve 5 follicles if I'm lucky. I'm not sure what i'm looking for, I just am so sad and feel defeated already and I haven't even gone through the tortuous hunger games yet.
