Your primogems must be used only on the temporary (event) banners because otherwise it's literally a waste ! (unless you're a whale which I guess you aren't) but just so you know. So this means you'll use every bit of primo you have for Intertwined fates.
Now you may ask ''Oh but what about standard banner?''
First : by wishing, you'll obtain x15 starglitter and with this starglitter you will be able to buy 5 Acquaint and 5 Intertwined every month. So that's already 5 standard wishes, moreover, you're still early in the game so you'll get PLENTY OF THOSE for free (by raising Frostbearing Tree in Dragonspine, by leveling up your characters and by increasing your AR are all ways to get free Acquaint Fates) !
