What happened to make you say "I'm never coming to this restaurant again"?

There is a really amazing Hibachi place in the town that I live. I take my grandmother out once a week, so I decided to go back to the place after not having gone since they changed ownership a year prior. Basically, the place used to have a really cool atmosphere around it. They would have really beautiful fountains and statues, it was awesome. The new place took down all of the statues and fountains and didn't replace them, it was literally just blank space. I ordered the Hibachi Steak and Chicken, which the menu said was $18.

The food was terrible, the steak was chewy and the chicken was burnt. They brought us brown rice instead of the fried rice that we ordered (and paid extra for), and took forever to serve us both drinks and the food. When we got the check, we were charged $28 for the Hibachi Steak and Chicken that I ordered, not the $18 that the menu said. When we talked to the manager, he said that they were waiting for their new menus to ship in, and refused to change the price of the food. Oh yeah, they also charged us $3 each for the fried rice, which he also refused to refund. I am really not one to complain, but I went off on this guy. You can't really expect us to know that you guys are apparently changing your menus right?
