I knew I was in trouble starting in the hospital. Baby "wouldn't" latch. So I brought in a lactation consultant even though my wife flat out refused and was very cagey about it. I then caught my wife physically forcing our daughter off her nipple and claiming she won't latch.
It only went downhill from there.. I brought a nanny in after 2 weeks. I work 7-7 and would come home and the diaper hadn't been changed more than twice in the day. Feeds were skipped but 12 episodes of real housewives were watched. I was hoping it was postpartum depression, but I very quickly realized the only thing she was depressed about was actually having a someone to take care of.
She booked a 3 week vacation for us and said my mom could come watch our 4 month old child. SHE BOOKED A THREE WEEK FUCKING VACATION AND DIDN'T BAT AN EYE THINKING ABOUT LEAVING OUR DAUGHTER BEHIND.
Anywho, she's married to some rich dude now who's kids are grown.
