One time at work, my coworker commented me on my voice - which is pretty deep. She said "I love your voice, it's so relaxing and deep. It reminds me of Dexter from that show...I always thought he was hot." To which I think I kind of just laughed and said "Yeah."

One time in high school I was in an arts class with all girls. For a shy kid like I was, it was my nightmare. One day I was over grabbing some supplies and one girl came over by herself and was asking what I was doing. She was a really popular, pretty girl, so I was giving nothing but one word answers, but she still just stood there until I turned and went back to my seat. These types of small things started occurring somewhat frequently. One day on a field trip, we were all waiting outside and I was standing with my friends when I started feeling something hit me. I turn around and she's standing nearby launching pennies at me and said "I'm trying to get your attention." Again, I assume she's probably just teasing me. Then she proceeds to sit next to me and my friends when we get inside and keeps looking at me when I speak. As I type this, I realize more and more how clueless I was.
