China had horrible atrocities committed against its people under communism. They had extreme poverty. They're still a horrible totalitarian state, but they've reduced poverty by abandoning pure communism and embracing capitalism.

USSR? Are you out of your mind? They worked incredibly well? When? When they were committing mass genocides? When they were disappearing people and slaughtering them? When they had extreme levels of poverty? When they completely collapsed?

Cuba's healthcare is a myth. Their great healthcare is only available for the elite and tourists. People have smuggled out pictures and footage of the healthcare that civilians receive, and it is atrocious. Look it up, people suffering, lying in their own shit in rooms full of bugs.
