Joke that the leak came from China.

Then say he was just kidding and that unlike some, when embarrassing parts of his past are exposed he owns them.

Mention about how he doesn't care who leaked it, what he said was wrong. He was immature and showing off in the moment talking about how some women react to fame.

Acknowledge that he believes most woman are not this way, only those that are desperate to be famous themselves. But regardless, all woman deserve to be treated better than this, and while this was a clear invasion of privacy he understands and agrees the American people have a right to know.

Tell the American people he started this run because he was sick of politicians lying at every turn to protect themselves, he is sick of the media lying at every turn to push a narrative but unlike most the other stuff out there about him, this happens to be true and he apologizes for his braggadocios and immature behavior.

Doesn't fix the whole thing but takes people off the attack, and he brings some of the focus back on the media lying about him as he will admit this one, but not others...maybe the others aren't as true as the media portrays it...shit like that.
