We have eachothers passwords, we just don't use them. My husbands fb got hacked at one point, and he asked me to fix it, so I told him the password I changed it to, and to my knowledge hasn't changed it. I wouldn't know. We are both just really predictable and use the same 4 passwords for multiple things. We do typically make sure the other knows where we are, or at least what we are doing for safety concerns. I don't care what he does, but I worry if I can't get in touch. I'm a worrier. We both work odd hours also, and I don't think any of our friends think that our relationship is odd. We both really enjoy our independence. We aren't perfect, that's for damn sure, but it's one aspect of our relationship that I really appreciate.
