When I was a kid of 5 ((disclaimer I had a major behavioral disorder following some physical assault)) I was in the toys section of a Sears with my mom and sister. My mom said something disciplinary to me and I said something bratty back but under my breath. Then I got mad and brooding. This bitchy old Karen lady comes out from behind an aisle and says “I heard that. Don’t ever say something like that while I can hear you.” And I turned around to her and said “I don’t care, bitch. Walk the fuck away.”

I grew up in a pretty sketchy household and everyone just talked like that so it became my vocabulary. She was totally shocked. Maybe don’t discipline strangers kids ever. Whether or not the kid is right.
