Will playing McCree help me aim as Ana?

Thank you, I'll get to watching it some time later.

I was actually wondering, is it viable to play supports only in competitive? Since not everyone wants to play the support role I figure I'll rarely have to fill the other roles. If I can only focus on a very small hero pool and almost be guaranteed to get the role, then I'd imagine I'd improve quickly, plus I enjoy the support role because that's exactly the type of player I always was in other games.

I was actually playing competitive just now and played as Ana, Zenyatta, and Lucio. Ana still feels shakey, missing shots here and there and struggle to know who to give nano to. Zenyatta is okay, but I missed a game-saving ult where I didn't react in time to a Pharah ult resulting in 4 kills and a wipe. Lucio I just can't get wall riding down. I played one game as a solo heal Ana which was rough since King's Row is tough to keep every teammate in line of site, so it felt like a game of deciding who was more important to keep alive.

I haven't been trying to take Overwatch seriously for that long actually, so I'm not totally familiar with the competitive dynamic nor do I have any FPS experience. What fundamentals would you coaches usually recommend someone like myself work on? I'm sure I'll hear about it in the podcast but what would you say might help me out for the time being?
