With all this "Trump" drama, what do you think the Republican Party is really doing behind the scenes while they have everyone distracted by Trump?

Yeah, weirdly, Monsieur Trump is pretty much just like Adlai Stevenson of the late '50s...

Except he won. No one expected him to. The Republican establishment loathes him just about as much as the Democrat establishment -- it's that no one could have fathomed Clinton, who not enough people remind you ,had everything in the palm of her hand... and still blew it:

A Lady, rising in the shadow [no pun intended] of the first Black President

Former First Lady (although for voters old enough to remember, "No one elected you to anything" was the rallying cry of the Republicans at the time)

And as much as the anti-Trumplicans piss and moan about the minus-3 million vote swing -- um, who was the politcal insider who should have nailed that Electoral College Thang? How did a New York Real Estate Mogul charm the hearts and minds of the coal workers of Ohio and West Virginia, unless the opposition was downright criminal... or at least didn't delete her e-mails the same way we're supposed to, given those formal, "don't touch them" messages everyone in corporate America gets...
