Woman, 105, leads lawsuit seeking reparations for 1921 Tulsa "Black Wall Street" massacre

I thought we agreed black people faced a unique disadvantage by being the descendents of slaves in the US plus years of Jim Crow laws etc?

Not a unique scale of disadvantage. Any number of circumstances can make your life difficult.

Not asking you to be a democrat with a welfare state. Im arguing for a one-time stimulus to address past inequities stemming from slavery.

That won't fix anything. And it's still damned racist to directly distribute resources based on ancestry.

Not saying everyone deserves equal money but everyone should have an equal opportunity

Also disagree. Equal opportunity inherently means knocking rich people down, and that's a waste of time and resources. Our goal should be ensuring minimum opportunity. Some people have more opportunity, and that's fine. It's the people with no hope who need help.

because slavery and then years of laws that unfairly affected black people and kept them from accessing tradiontal wealth creation vehicles which has lead to a large wealth gap which perpetuates until this day (home ownership and redlining etc)

Wealth gaps exist in countries where slavery didn't happen. They are not a stain that needs to be gotten rid of through reparations.
