Thanks! It says in my car contract that if I wish to dispute a charge or fine to let them know, which I have done but yet they went ahead with it. The issue is that they are the one receiving the letters so I’m the last one to know about it and instead of ensuring that their employees aren’t getting charged any money they aren’t supposed to, they make their lives easier and just pay the fine without checking first.

They did check for the second one which I told them it wasn’t a legitimate fine, so not to pay it. Surely there’s something I can legally do against the company for just doing this anyway when they knew it wasn’t to be paid? They have billions, it’s not like if their reputation is going to be affected by a parking fine that goes to a name that isn’t even the name of the company?
