In all honesty myself and this woman have little prior work history/connections or any kind of relationship where it would be expected that the company favours me, I've been at the company less time etc.

I genuinely think she didn't report it herself because the context isn't some letchy guy that's twice her age, we're both relitively young and (if I wasn't in a relationship) I don't think anyone would have been surprised if we'd gone back to a hotel together, if not at this do at a future one. She is a little flirty when we speak at these events but I chalked that up to circumstance.

Just speaking freely, I think she didn't report it because of the context of our dynamic as individuals - I'm not the guy to letch, I think whoever reported it might have caught the tail end of some (still inappropriate) conversation but one where both of us were involved.
