Mabey it might go a ways to curb domestic violence related incidents. EVERY bloke that I've met that regularly drinks, not only find it perfectly acceptable to commit violence but actually applaud each other for doing it. Get drunk and fight with the gf? "you'll be right mate. A sneaky few will fix ya right up hahaha". Seriously assault some random stranger on a night out? "WHAT A LEGEND!!" The drinking culture is exceedingly toxic and only good things can come from limiting peoples access. Banning the poisonous substance that decreases a person basic motor functions which in turn makes then unpredictable and violent can only be a good thing. Its a shit drug anyways.
