[WP] A man can remember his future, but not his past.

Being in charge of the intelligence department is a constant fear for Anne. She knows that one mistake and she gets shot. That’s war. If her plans fail, she gets killed. As of now, she has had good strategies, but she knew that whoever is in charge of the intelligence department on the enemy side, could outsmart her in every second and she would be lost. She was just waiting for the team she sent for the next point of the mission to come back. If this goes successfully, she may win the war.

Someone knocked on the door. She looked through the armored glass to see who it was. It was Pierre, her elite French spy.

“We have him. Wait for me in the specialized room,” Pierre said.

Anne discretely, left the control room. She was probably the mastermind of this side of the war, but she was still working under orders, she literally had inside her body, poison. Only a single click from higher above, from the ones that supervised everything she was doing through her glasses that have a camera, and she would be killed. She didn’t like the backward ideals of her occidental leaders, but she had no choice. All her family is working on camps, and if she manages to help win the war, they will be freed, – or at least that’s what they said, – but if she makes a mistake, all of her relatives would be killed. She was a puppet, a smart one, somehow smarter than the people that control her. Sometimes power beats intelligence.

Pierre was waiting in the specialized room, with the prisoner they just captured. Pierre had photographic memory, he had been a double agent, for years, but now, he finally blew his cover just to capture this valuable man. Pierre was also a puppet.

The prisoner was drugged and tied to a bed. He was just a teenager, probably fourteen years old. But he had sixty years of experiences, making him quite a threat.

“He knew about all this,” Pierre said. “He had told the people in charge of him that he was going to be kidnapped, and he had taken millions of precautions, he knew there was a spy, but he didn’t know who. I think it is an incredible achievement that we managed to outsmart him.”

“Yes. So, your job here is done,” Anne replied, “if he sees you now, he would have known you were the spy and maybe he planned even more ahead of us and was able to outsmart us and we fell into his trap.

“Ok.” Pierre said and he left. “I’m going to prepare some truth serum and leave it at your door.”

She was left alone with the kid. The drug will lose its effect in some minutes, she needed to prepare. She needed to prepare

“For the last first time, great to see you it is, Anne, hello,” said the teenager, shortly before opening his eyes. Anne was there, looking straight into his face.

“Hello, Jaco, I’ve heard a lot about you,” she said.

“How you managed to kidnap me, figure out, years of my life, I will spend.”

Anne felt a feeling of success inside her. But she knew she must be careful, maybe he actually did knew and was just following the events that he knew will take place.

“How…?” Anne started but was interrupted.

“After I finish speaking, ask me the question,” the teenager started, “with your help, the war is going to end.”

“How is the war going to end?” asked Anne, a bit perplexed that he already answered his question.

   “Thanks,” the boy said.

   “For?”

“Please, and untie my hand a bit, a piece of paper and a pen, bring to me, can you?”

She was intrigued at what he was going to do next, so she brought him what he asked for and untied his hand a bit. Then she saw him write a list of ingredients, listed from six to one and then: *Released gets it if poison the destroy will they, them drink, above listed ingredients the, escape to need we change some do to, evil are now right sides both, war this end to you need I.*

She quickly understood the message, and stop seeing it in order that.

“I think you are lying, so I will wait for the truth serum to arrive.”

Anne went outside of the room and found Pierre with two tubes of serum.

“Drink this,” Pierre said. “It’s made from the ingredients he gave you.”

Anne suddenly felt something open inside her, and an alarm started sounding all through the building.

“Drink it!” Pierre exclaimed, putting the tube in front of her. When she finally grabbed it and started drinking it, Pierre picked the other tube and did the same. Then he went inside the room, untied Jaco and Jaco jumped to his back. “Escape; with us Anne, I have no time to explain.”

Anne followed Pierre who was running through the hallways. Anne followed. Jaco was shouting in which direction to run. They finally arrived to a room with a jet and they went inside it. The doors to the hangar exploded after Pierre pressed a bottom. Pierre piloted the jet, and they left through the night sky.

When the sun was rising, Pierre left the automatic pilot and came back with them.

“Anne, the future of the war lies in our hands. Jaco has told me everything that is going to happen.”

The three of them went into many dangerous missions, but they achieved great things. They were only a strategist, a spy and a youngster that could only remember the future. He eventually started becoming dumber and dumber, as he was losing much of his experiences as soon as he had them, and unlearning things, as soon as he learned them.

In that brief moment, the three in the air, Anne hold Jaco’s hand. Jaco smiled, as he knew this was the first last time his future wife will hold his hand.
