This post but if it were a rejection e-mail: ...but after further consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a seat in the Class of 2025. Please note that this is not a reflection on your attributes, abilities, or skills as a future physician. This is merely a reflection of the fact that we receive thousands of applications for a couple hundred seats. Each year, we find that our applicant pool becomes increasingly competitive and we are forced to make a difficult decision.
We wish you well, super amazing person that we interviewed and were super stoked about and even told you that we are going to fight so hard to get you in but then when the time came to make a decision the applicant pool was just competitive beyond belief so we were forced to make a decision that is entirely not reflective of your attributes, abilities, or skills as as a future physician but you still won't be a future physician at our school.
