Your Daily Intermittent Fasting Thread

I was doing 16:8 during the summer, eating 1200 calories a day. I was doing great until school started this week. I switched to 13:11 so I could have my latte in the morning, and suddenly I'm hungry all the time. I broke down and binged tonight and am now debating eating only 600 calories tomorrow to make up for it. I had no idea that adding in a few more hours would make such a difference. I would love to do 16:8 from 7-3, but I'm a single mom to two teenage girls, and think it would set a bad example not to eat dinner with them. One already struggles with an eating disorder, and I was bulimic for years. Anyway, just feeling discouraged tonight.
