4 months of lifting progress

I am a female and also build muscle that quickly. I feel like it's different for me though cause since I'm a woman I have the issue of muscles getting too big too quickly for my taste (for example say my quads getting too thick for my liking or maybe don't match my lower legs as much) so then I have to drop the weights or reps to stay at a size that I prefer. Another annoying thing was being a different pants size every month. TBH I def think it's genetics. I eat healthy but nothing different from most people that work out same with techniques with weights etc. I've had girls accuse me of getting butt implants saying it's impossible for a butt to grow that much in four months from lifting but it really did.

Another thing I've noticed is that I lose muscle much faster than other women do. So say I have the stomach flu for a week after about the sixth or seventh day I will start losing muscle rapidly. I could probably lose all the muscle gained with like three months of not exercising :,(
