48 hours in to the online dating scene. Everything goes well until I suggest meeting up...

As of right now I have 421 people who "like" me and 179 messages, 3 are from women.

I feel so bad for you...not really.

Also, the "like" and "disklike" thing is bullshit. Guys just like every profile that is seen. Some of them use an auto clicker and just leave the site on click on LIKE, and walk away from the computer.

That's most likely where 90% of your likes are coming from.

I did online dating for about 4 years, and have seen, heard and been through most of it, probably not all of it.

I have seen so many of the same profiles, same bullshit. When (As a male), you are on there for a long time, you start to see patterns and start realizing what is a fake profile, a shitty written profile, when girls just want an ego boost, when they actually want to get together, etc.

The amount of girls that say "I am not looking for hook ups", always makes me cringe. Most girls on that site hide behind that, saw they don't get 1000 messages from men wanting pussy for the day.

Once you start to get to know a girl on there they open up and reveal true intentions. I have so many experieces on that site, I have met bitchy girls, feminists, slutty girls (nothing wrong with that), ego boosters, escorts, actual dating type women.

It also gets annoying, every FUCKING GIRL in their 30's has this in their profile:

"Looking for Mr. Right to settle down with and have children, not looking for a one night stand!!!!!@@##!"

That's why if you are young, you are going to see A LOT of older men message you, because most of them don't want a fucking baby yet.

Good Luck, either deal with it, or get out. Or just become like every women's profile on Ok Cupid:

Things I can't live without: "Netflix"

Most private thing I am willing to admit: "Ask me :)"

Summary: "Looking for Mr. Right. Going to school, I love horses, no hookups."

Message me if: "You want to get to know me!" <---- The worst ones.
