At 96, world's oldest Nobel laureate is back researching solar because Trump abandoned Paris climate accord

Really? Do I have to explain to you how gravity works? Why eating lead paint chips is a bad idea? You've clearly convinced yourself of a certain narrative here and will be entirely unreceptive to anything I say, but I'll indulge anyways...

I don't know if you've ever had actual friends, but typically when you're in a group w/ them you don't get the be the sole asshole who dictates what everyone else is going to do for the day. If 9/10 of them say they're going to a party, and you dont want to go so you bitch and rant and end up ditching them... you think theyre going to invite you to do anything ever again?

God dammit as Im typing this I'm realizing a lot of people who share your thoughts are often too simple for tricky metaphors. Lets make it more direct: Trump just threw a hand grenade in over 50 years of international relations just to protect his fragile ego. Partnerships and trusts built over decades have allowed us to remain a relevant and influential leader of international policies and agreements. For the first time in decades, foreign leaders are gathering to decide economic, social, environmental, and all other types of policies without including the US in talks. We have always lead the conversations, but they are leaving us out entirely now. A lot of you people have fragile egos like Trump built on a false sense of superiority, but what are you going to do when MURICA is abandoned by the world and no longer has any international influence? Bet you're not going to like it when Europe becomes the new world leader, bossing us around. They're going to get rich as fuck investing in renewable energy while we slowly choke our economy to death trying to prop up dying industries and gutting healthcare. And people like you will lose more and more economic status in life, all the while bitching and moaning how its all Libtards faults. You deserve the wave of shit thats going to be hitting you the rest of your life for supporting Trump and the rest of the GOP.
