Aftermath of Las Vegas shooting

I like that you thought deeper than a lot of folks would on the issue, so kudos. However, How many would rise up in support of the government? How would the United States government's alliances make up for any domestic shortcomings in regards to fuel, etc. Considering the vast majority of our imports come from Canada, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Mexico and Columbia, I'm pretty sure they'd have a vested interest in a stable government without an insurgency the majority of Americans would be against. Even if 1.8 million Americans rose up in rebellion, how many of those would be veterans and would have the military knowledge to run an insurgency? How many of those would stay faithful to the Against all Enemies oath? Also, the Afghan people had the support of the US, Pakistan, and Saudi in their wars. The Vietcong had Russia and China in their wars against France and US. Who would support the American mujahideen? I do find it upsetting you assumed I would think I would consider those people who raise fake militias and run around playing army man "dirty rednecks". It essentially comes across as an attempt to frame the argument as an Us vs Them class warfare situation, diffusing the topic that should be debated, into a dog and pony show, which is counter productive.
