AITA for "embarrassing" my friend?

If you read my edit, you will see that we're still being intimate. We still have a sex life, and we communicate a lot. He actually has a lower sex drive than me, and he rarely takes the initiative to start anything. It's mostly me. He's definitely not being denied anything. But we communicate, and he knows how I feel and tries his best to reassure me. I'm actually just not sure if he even finds me attractive anymore. His sex drive has almost disappeared after my first trimester with nausea and sickness all the time. He says that he has kinda "turned it off" since I was being sick, and he just wanted to be there and provide me with what I needed, and therefore he turned his own needs off. But now that I'm trying to get it back on, it's really difficult with his lack of lust and my awkwardness in my body. We try to be intimate in other ways as well and communicate a lot, but it's just very different than what it used to be.
